Questions people usually ask before reaching out.

I'm really out of shape. Is this program for beginners?
Absolutely. The program is built around where you actually are — not where you think you should be. We've worked with people who haven't exercised in years, people coming back from injury, and people who've never set foot in a gym. We start there.
How much time do I need each week?
That's one of the first things we figure out together. We work with what you actually have — even if that's three 30-minute sessions a week. Consistency with a smaller program beats perfection with one you can't sustain.
I have a chronic injury or pain. Can you still help?
This is actually a specialty. Patrick draws from Postural Restoration Institute and Functional Range Conditioning methodology specifically to address pain, movement dysfunction, and the gap between rehab and real fitness. We work around it and through it — safely.
What does online coaching actually look like day to day?
Your program lives in Bridge Athletic — you open it, see your workout, log your sets. You check in weekly with Patrick, send video of your form if you need feedback, and message whenever something comes up. It's coaching, not a PDF you forget about.
Do I need a gym membership?
Not necessarily. We can build programs for a full gym, a home gym, minimal equipment, or anything in between. We work with what you have.
How is this different from just buying a program online?
A downloaded program doesn't know you missed three days because your kid was sick, or that your shoulder flares up on pressing days, or that you're dreading the workouts because they're 90 minutes long. A coach does — and adjusts. That's the difference.
